Our Vision
Our vision is to create workspaces and tools that access and frame information in the way the human mind happens to work. Our frameworks organize information into patterns that are significant to each user and the role they play within an organization. This design philosophy ensures an engaging user experience in which the underlying complexity remains hidden so that the "tool won’t get in the way of the task." We believe that each human-computer interaction should occur at the critical juncture in which a person’s involvement is truly required and adds value. Task automation can eliminate unnecessary keystrokes and navigation, facilitate the integration of applications, and eliminate the need for unwieldy spreadsheets and other artifact systems. In essence, our vision is to create a polite computer interface, one that ultimately can be taught to understand what we mean and to anticipate necessary actions without having to be asked.
History
For more than a decade, CyberAccess has been a leading provider of enterprise access interfaces used to monitor and manage switches and operations support systems (OSS) within the global telecommunications industry. Our first major business process management product, SwitchTermTM was designed and implemented as the foundation for Ameritech’s project to modernize and optimize their Cleveland network operations center. This joint effort was a major success and helped to establish our reputation in the industry. In addition to the resulting direct sales of this product, Lucent Technologies embedded SwitchTerm into a number of their worldwide operations support systems offerings. The extensive installed base created through both sales channels established SwitchTerm as a de facto standard in telecom network operations centers.
Our domain expertise and or ability to partner with our customers to solve real-world problems have allowed us to create tools that capture and reuse a knowledge base of best practices and frameworks. Consistent with our vision, this legacy has been the pathway to our growth in the telecommunications industry and beyond.
